Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens on WhatsApp, the one you already have. A web client area exists if you want your operation history in one place, but it is optional.
I don't know the customs code for my goods.
That is normal, and you do not need to. Describe your goods in your own words. Classification is our job, not yours, and the code we use appears on the quote along with the rate it triggers.
Can the price change on arrival?
The quote is built on Q1 2026 tariffs and itemises every line. Anything that depends on a real measurement, such as the volume recorded at loading, is flagged as such on the quote itself. No line appears at delivery.
Who handles customs clearance?
Our licensed forwarding partners in Douala, under our supervision. You never have to contact them: you follow progress in the conversation.
Where do you ship from and to?
Today from China and Dubai, to Cameroon, whatever the delivery city. Write to us about other destinations and we will tell you plainly whether we can handle it.
What does the service cost?
